The Clan Members list shows all the members of your clan in alphabetical order and their clan rank icon, you can hover over the icon to see the name of their rank. Below the member list you will see how many members are in the clan and a key icon which, when clicked, will open a Rank Key window detailing how ranks are awarded as set by the Clan Owner.

When you select a member from the list several things will happen; You will go to the detailed Member Scores page for the member you chose, the selected member will be displayed at the top of the list and not in the alphabetical list, an interface to Compare Members will show below the member list to compare the selected member to other members and the member will be highlighted if you visit any of the pages listed under the Clan Pages and Clan Skills categories.
