You can Compare two players by their XP in each skill by entering two names in Look Up Player or by selecting a friend from the Friend List, then choosing a second friend in the compare interface that appears below the Friend List. If either friend is not a Clan Stats member, you will see this page.

A page will open that is similar to the compare feature of the official RuneScape highscores but with a little more information. You can hover over the arrow icons too see how much more or less XP one player has than the other. Below that is a box for each selected player containing interesting stats about them.
