You can use this page to change your username on Clan Stats to make sure it matches your RuneScape display name. Unlike RuneScape display names, when you change your username on Clan Stats you must use the new username to log in, your old username will no longer work. There are a few limitations on this feature:

• If you go 3 days without updating your name you will see a message at the top of every page on the site directing you to this page.
• After 7 days your scores will no longer be updated daily, the message at the top tells you so and directs you to this page.
• You can only change your name on Clan Stats once every 14 days, unless you are missing 3 or more days of data.
• The new name you enter will be automatically assessed to determine if it could actually be the same user. If you are denied you will have the option to dispute it. If you abuse the system you will be subject to a permanent ban, based solely on administrator determination.

If you pass all the checks your username on Clan Stats will be instantly changed. You must login using your new name, it is not case sensitive so "RS Name" and "rs name" are the same but it is space and character sensitive, so "rs name", "rs_name" and "rs-name" are all different. Even though the login system treats those as different, the registration system will only allow one of them, so you won't have to worry about anyone trying to make duplicates of your name.

Your friends (people you have added that have also added you, green in color) and all members of all clans you are in will see when you change your name or if you change your RuneScape display name but don't change your Clan Stats username. The public will not see an indication of any name change.
